How do you source for designs ethically?
Supporting Nusantara Artists - this is the intention behind all that we do at naein.
We comb through Southeast Asia for the most exceptional artists and provide a platform for them to showcase their unique craft. Each hijab is specially and exclusively designed by our partnering artists for naein, never taken off a Pinterest board or Google image search. That means you'll never find another store selling the exact same designs as ours.
Our partnering artists earn from every naein sold*, because afterall, exposure alone does not pay the bills.
*Artists may opt for a one-time commission instead of unlimited commission, in which case, they are fairly paid for the use of their designs based on rates that they set.
How much is delivery? Do you offer self-collection?
Orders within Singapore will be delivered to your doorstep within 3 - 5 business days for $5.00. For orders beyond Singapore, please refer to delivery rates at the checkout page.
We do not offer self-collection at this point.
Can I purchase a naein at a physical store?
naein's pop-up museum makes its appearance throughout the year, featuring new designs from our partnering Nusantara talents at each one. at these pop-up museums you can admire, appreciate and acquire our pieces.

Can I get a refund?
We adopt a strict no return and no refund policy. However, in case of product defects or incorrect / missing items in your order, we offer one-to-one exchanges for the same product or a product of the same value.
